Any return must be postmarked within 30 days of receipt.

At Ufashion.net, we are confident that you will like the products you choose. That’s why we offer a 30-day return period. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn and with the original packaging. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyer's responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to client negligence or items without their tags will not be accepted for refund. Any return that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer, as we do not sell used merchandise.

Please contact Urban Fashion customer service to obtain a Return Manufacturer Authorization number(RMA#). RMA# expires 7 days after being issued. We suggest that you send the package by registered or insured mail since Ufashion.net is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. Clearly print your name, address and RMA# on the outside of the package in the return address and mail to:

SALE ITEMS can be returned for an exchange or Ufashion.net credit only. If a special order item is cancelled, there will be a 5% charge to help cover in-bound shipping fees from the designer and credit card fees. PRE-ORDERS may be cancelled for a full refund anytime before shipping.

Exchange and return policies are subject to change without notice.

All requests will be processed after our return department inspects and verifies the condition of the item. Returns take approximately five business days to process upon receipt of the item.
